Why is it that when you suck it up and be the bigger person it sucks so bad (even if you don't have much choice)? PIA called Superdaddy and informed him she didn't have plans for the upcoming Turkey holiday so we can have the girls. Superdaddy took the opportunity to accept the offer. Fine with me. Apparently, she has no place to go with the other kids as well. He offered to have them over too. Oh yeah and to suck it up if she happens to come as well. Karma will be bad to me if I voice my opinion. She brought herself down trailer trash lane and that doesn't mean our kids have to follow. Fine with me. Hell even her first born and second born can come; attitude and all. Holidays are for families and she will never be part of my family. Why can't she go to her boyfriend's family's house.
She made it clear in the divorce papers she gets Turkey holiday. Why is it that for the last 2 years (since being with boyfriend) she has ditched the girls with us? Not that I mind.
Know how big of a turkey you need to get to feed say.....14 people?
Oh yeah one more tidbit; SD (sperm donor) still has not called to see if Bubba is coming to his house or his family's house for the holiday. Suprised much? Child hasn't spoken words since SD's grandmother's funeral. Maybe we should invite baby mama #2 and her offspring over as well. Would be a well rounded mix in our home.
Being the bigger person SUCKS!!!

as for the turkey size...google it...there is some sort of "standard poundage per person". Or do a small turkey and a ham??
